Triangle S Ranch Instapot BBQ Beef Bites

Homemade BBQ Sauce:
- 1 cup - Your favorite BBQ sauce (use as a base, we use Bubba Rays!)
- 1 tbsp. Garlic Mustard Aioli (found at Trader Joes)
- 1 1/2 tsp - Organic Mustard
- 1/2 tsp - granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp. - granulated onion
- 3/4 tsp. - Chili/Garlic Cholula Hot Sauce
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Meat:
- 2 - pkgs. of Triangle S stew meat OR 2-3 lbs of cubed chuck roast
- 1/2 stick (4 tbsp.) of salted butter cubed
- Instructions -
- Mix the BBQ sauce, mustards, garlic, onion, salt/pepper & cholula together in a small bowl
- Turn on the sear/brown button on your Instapot
- Place 2 tbsp. of butter in the hot instapot, wait until melted
- Place meat in pot and sear meat until browned
- Pour 3 heaping spoonfulls of homemade BBQ sauce onto the meat & mix until all meat of covered in sauce
- Place lid on instapot and lock
- Set the instapot to Manual Pressure for 30 minutes
- Make sure the pressure release valve in locked, Press Start
- When instapot timer goes off, flip the pressure release valve and wait until the pressure is completely released
- Once pressure in released, unlock and remove the top
- Pour the remaining homemade BBQ sauce into the meat and mix
- Serve & enjoy!
