Triangle S Carnivore Creamy Meatballs

Ingredients:
Meatballs
- 2 pounds Triangle S Ground Beef (or bison, beefalo or elk)
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon chives
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Sauce
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 cup Shredded Cheese
- Leftover fat from the meatballs after being cooked
- 1 clove Garlic (chopped)
- Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions:
- Preheat over to 425
- Use a 9x13 baking dish.
- Add all of the ingredients for the meatballs in a mixing bowl.
- Mix everything until well combined, then form into small meatballs. Place them in the baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned. Then, remove from the oven.
- Place a medium pot over medium heat and drain the fat from the meatball dish into the pot .
- Add in the remaining ingredients for the creamy sauce into the pot and Stirring frequently using a whisk.
- Stir until sauce thickens, about 5+ minutes.
- Pour sauce over the meatballs evenly and enjoy!
