Triangle S Carnivore Creamy Meatballs

Triangle S Carnivore Creamy Meatballs 

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes

Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients:

Meatballs

  • 2 pounds Triangle S Ground Beef (or bison, beefalo or elk)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Sauce

  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Cheese
  • Leftover fat from the meatballs after being cooked
  • 1 clove Garlic (chopped)
  • Basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 425
  2. Use a 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Add all of the ingredients for the meatballs in a mixing bowl. 
  4. Mix everything until well combined, then form into small meatballs. Place them in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned. Then, remove from the oven.
  6. Place a medium pot over medium heat and drain the fat from the meatball dish into the pot .
  7. Add in the remaining ingredients for the creamy sauce into the pot and Stirring frequently using a whisk.
  8. Stir until sauce thickens, about 5+ minutes.
  9. Pour sauce over the meatballs evenly and enjoy!
