Triangle S Carnivore Chili
Your search for the perfect chili is finally here! It's healthy, it's hearty, and it won't make you toot. Try out my chili recipe that is perfect if you're on the carnivore or keto diet. Not for vegans lol.
Don't be afraid to add more spices or eliminate some to suit your personal preferences. K, here goes!
Triangle S Carnivore ChiliÂ
Made with Triangle S beef bacon, bison and beef ground or stew meat.
Servings 6+
Time: 5+ hours
 Ingredients:
- 1lb Ground Beef (or stew meat)
- 1lb Ground Bison (or stew meat)
- 1lb Beef Bacon (chopped)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic choppedÂ
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp chili powderÂ
- 1/2 tsp Cholula
- 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 cans diced tomatoesÂ
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups water
- Salt/Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp chivesÂ
Directions:
- Cook all 3 Triangle S Meats in your cast iron skillet or Dutch oven on the stove until seared perfectly, set aside.Â
- Sear chopped onion & garlic in 1 tbsp of butter unto golden brown
- Add prepared onion & garlic to the meat in a Dutch oven or crock pot
- Add in all of the remaining ingredients except the chives
- Mix all of the ingredients thoroughlyÂ
- Mixing often, cook on medium heat until it barely starts boilingÂ
- Turn down the heat to low/simmer and simmer for 3-4 hours on a back burner on your stove
- Mix occasionally to prevent burning on the bottom of the potÂ
- Turn stove off, mix again & taste test to see if you need to add anymore seasonings or salt.
- Bowl up & top with chives. Enjoy with freshly made cornbread or sourdough!Â
