These burgers are a 90/10 blend of our fine quality, dry aged beef. They are mixed with fresh minced garlic and fresh parmesan to give you a strong delicious flavor. These burgers are unseasoned. There are 4 - 1/4 pound burgers per package. Each package weighs 1-1.25 pounds.
