Triangle S briskets are packed full of marbling, tenderness and truly a flavor like no other. Cook them low and slow or hot and fast, either way you will not be disappointed!
Our 100% natural, hormone/antibiotic free briskets are dry-aged for 18-21 days for enhanced texture and flavor. The thickness of each brisket will vary slightly. Typically the sizes of our briskets are packer sized, 12-14lbs.
