Wait times on your elk will vary but average about 1-2 months out from processing. Depending on demand, we could be as much as 4 months out, but it just depends. Once you place your order please keep an eye on your email for follow-up communication on when your elk is scheduled so you know when everything will be expected to happen! Also, the price includes all of the processing fees! So Exciting!
In this Whole Elk package here's what you to expect in your order:
Approximately 120 lbs of Elk, give or take depending on the finishing weight of your cow elk as it will vary. The cool thing is you have the option to fully customize your elk how you want or have us do it for you! Here are some cut options for you to think about:
- Steaks:Ā Tbone or New York, Filet Mignon, Ribsteaks, Sirloins, Round, etc...
- Roasts:Ā Sirloin Tip, Rump, Chuck...
